Backyard Garden

This landscape project that was done in my family's backyard as a personal project. It was designed by myself and it was completed in a month with the help of my dad and brother. Before, there was a small pond with a lot of rocks and weeds. The rocks were removed and some of the large ones were buried in the old pond as filler. Extra dirt was then used to fill in the rest of the pond. The ground was then raked and flatten for landscaping fabric to be laid atop. A stone and rubber border was created and white rocks were used to fill the surface. The design features 5 stepping stones that acted as a path. This path was design to complement the trellis that had been previously installed to grow squashes in the summer. This helped harvesting the squashes easier, as well as create a nice path beneath.
